Odiseo uses your Clerk account identity, verified email, watches, and notification preferences to send the alerts you request.

SMS and browser notifications

A verified phone number is stored while SMS is enabled. Consent history retains one-way hashes for suppression and audit purposes. Browser push endpoints and encryption keys are stored only to deliver notifications. Disabling a channel removes or deactivates its active destination.

Mobile information and consent

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is disclosed only to service providers acting on our behalf to verify numbers and deliver the requested messaging program, such as Twilio, or when required by law. Message frequency varies with the showtimes you watch and changes in ticket inventory. Message and data rates may apply.

Service providers

Clerk provides sign-in, Resend provides email, Twilio provides phone verification and SMS, and browser push services deliver Web Push. Ticket links redirect only to validated ticket-provider destinations.

Deletion

Account deletion removes active watches, raw phone data, verification attempts, and browser push endpoints. Hashed suppression and delivery audit records may remain so opt-outs and operational history are preserved.
